Our
organisation actively doing advanced research & development activities in
the area of food preservation, food processing, biotechnology, food technology,
nutraceutical products, dietary foods, functional foods, instant foods, ready
to eat/serve drinks, powder, dehydrated products and others areas in food
safety and quality management. at present our organisation executing one R
& D project funded by State govt. of Uttar Pradesh under UP-Food Processing
Industry Policy-2012 for two years duration. Various state/central universities
sponsored their students of B.Tech/B.Sc., M.Tech./M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes in
food science/technology/ biotechnology /chemistry/microbiology/others allied
sectors. More than 450 students got their projects/dissertation work at RFRAC
since 2006 onwards.
