Future Breakthroughs

Future Breakthroughs:

A. Research & Development Project:
During 2015-16 one Research & Development Project  currently running on entitled "The Technology for the development of utilization of paneer whey/plant proteins for manufacturing of nutraceutical/functional food products to combat micronutrient deficiencies in human" under the state government food processing industry policy-2012 for two year duration.
B. Empanelled as Consultant with SFAC,GoI,New Delhi:
Empanelled as consultant in the area of food processing, horticulture, agriculture,dairy and other allied sector as per the SFAC organisation.
C. Coducting study/survey for the state government of uttar pradesh to prepare a status report regarding scenario:

D. State Govt.funded training programme:
1.      Conducted 100 days EDP on food processing during 2007-08 in lucknow.
2.      Conducted 14 days Dhaba Fast Food trainings during 19/05/2008-01/06/2008 in lucknow/agra/others locations.
3.      Conducted 02 days Food hygiene and sanitation awareness programme during 2007-08 in lucknow.
4.      Conducted training programme on Post Harvest management in fruit& vegetable during 2006-07.
5.      Conducted training programme on Quality improvement & value addition of Horticulture produce by farmers 18/12/06 to 30/03/07.

E. Conducted "study/survey under food processing sector" for department of Food Processing Uttar Pradesh as per the requirement of GouP during 2009-10.
